I figured this would be a straightforward install since most stuff like this usually follows the same basic pattern, but that definitely wasn’t the case here. The instructions were confusing in a few spots, and some of the parts didn’t line up the way I assumed they should. I ended up having to backtrack and redo a couple steps, which made the whole thing take way longer than expected. If you’re a beginner, I wouldn’t call this very friendly.

I tried reaching out to customer service and basically got nowhere. No replies, no real help, just a lot of my time wasted. it left me feeling like they’re more interested in taking your money than actually supporting customers afterward

I picked up some suspension parts from UMI Performance and was expecting them to last a bit longer. My brother helped me with the install, and that part went smoothly, but after just a few months the finish was already starting to chip and one of the bushings began making noise.
Maybe I just had bad luck with this set, but the durability wasn’t great in my experience. I really didn’t expect to be thinking about replacing parts this soon.

I tried to return it the whole thing felt way more dramatic than it needed to be. They wouldn’t honor my return, and I was just sitting there like, seriously? It turned into such a hassle that I’m still annoyed thinking about it...

It took longer than I was expecting, and the tracking barely updated for a few days, which made the waiting even more annoying. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but definitely not fast. I’d probably order again, just not if I needed the parts anytime soon.

I put this on a while back, maybe sometime in May or June, and the handling felt about the same to me. I was hoping for a noticeable improvement, but I didn’t really get that. Kind of feels like I wasted my money

I was really hoping the UMI Performance parts would tighten the car up a bit without making it miserable to drive on the street. Instead, it feels way harsher than I expected, and every little bump or crack in the road comes through sharp. At this point I’m kind of worn out from messing with car stuff and trying to get things feeling right.

Maybe this setup makes sense if you’re mainly doing track driving, but for normal roads it’s just not comfortable for me. I don’t enjoy driving the car as much anymore, which is disappointing after going through the time, money, and hassle to install everything.

I’m not sure if it was just me, but checkout was a total mess. My order kept failing, and my cart emptied itself twice, which was really frustrating. Has anyone else had this happen?

I wasn’t really happy with the part I got from UMI Performance. It had a quality issue and didn’t feel like it matched the price. The box arrived crushed and the parts were just loose inside, haha. It felt like the packaging was kind of lazy, with barely any padding to protect anything.
